We offer guided meditations two times a week with a maximum class capacity of 4 people at a time. 

Meditation assists with:

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.

Join us through our six week guided meditation series where you will learn:

  • Relaxation Techniques

  • Breathing Techniques 

  • Mindfulness 

As part of this series you will receive an accompanying journal to assist you in reflecting during your meditation journey.

Children Meditating

CHILDREN'S MINDFULNESS BASED MEDITATION

Ages 6-9 Monday 5:00-5:45 pm 

Ages 9-12 Tuesday 5:00-5:45 pm 

Mommy & Me Meditation Tuesday 4:00 - 4:45 pm

Just as for adults, there are many potential benefits of meditation for kids. Firstly, meditation and mindfulness practice can help a child to shift their relationship to themselves and to the world around them. This sets the stage for infinite healthy habits to take root. From speaking more mindfully to setting healthy boundaries, meditation helps children prepare for the experiences that come their way.


These healthy habits will manifest in different ways depending on the child. For example, some of the ways that meditation can be of benefit to kids include:

  • Facilitating emotional regulation

  • Improving self-awareness

  • Enhancing empathy

  • Reducing feelings associated with anxiety
