Metanoia Health & Wellness was founded in 2020 by Raj Singh & Holly Sexton. We saw a need in our community for comprehensive wellness services. Both of us are Registered Nurses and with a passion for mental health. Metanoia was designed to be a space of decompression and healing. We hope that our space brings you peace & solace for your mind & heart.

DO YOU PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES?
Yes. We offer direct billing for massage therapy and counselling services. For massage therapy we provide direct billing to most insurance companies including but not limited to: Green Shield Canada, Manulife, OTIP, Sunlife, Canda Life, Empire Life & more.
Please note that Green Shield is the only provider that allows any clinic to bill on the behalf of the client for counselling services.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We are appreciative of all of our clients and we respect your time and value transparency.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show will be subjected to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee.
