SOPHIE FARRUGIA

MSW, RSW
Sophie is a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Windsor.
Sophie specializes in supporting teens and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, BPD, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviours.
Life can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to figure out what’s next on your own. Whether you're feeling stuck, misunderstood, weighed down by stress, relationships, or emotions, you don't have to go through it alone.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe and judgment-free space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and together we’ll figure out what works best for you. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you build coping skills, gain perspective, and make changes that feel realistic and meaningful.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me browsing local thrift shops, rewatching the Harry Potter movies, or searching for the next best coffee spot in the city.
If you’re thinking about making a change, I’d be happy to support you in moving forward in a way that feels right for you.
