I'm Sophie, a Registered Social Worker with a Master's of Social Work from the University of Windsor I specialize in supporting leems and young addes experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, BPD, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviours
In our sessions, you can expect a safe and judgment free space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I'll meet you where you're al, and together we'll figure out what works best for you. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you build coping skills, gain perspective, and make changes that feel realistic and meaningful
Outside of work, you'll usually find me browsing local thrift shops, rewatching the Harry Potter movies, or searching for the next best coffee spot in the city
