Join our group sessions if you are looking to connect with others whom may have the same struggles and receive wrap around support from the mental wellness team at Metanoia. Group sessions are offered in person and through a virtual platform.




Everyday Happiness is a masterclass that explores the complexities of happiness and how to attain it. This masterclass is run over 4 weeks and is moderated by Raj Singh. This class is completed in person in groups of less than 4. 

Everyday Happiness is intended to provide the tools to view yourself and your surroundings through the lens of positivity and resiliency. The goal is to 'kickstart' a new mindset of being happy and joyful with the decisions, actions and relationships you make.
