Insomnia Support Group (6 Weeks)

At Metanoia Health & Wellness, our Insomnia Group is a structured 6-week program designed to help individuals improve sleep quality and establish healthy sleep habits. Meeting once a week, this group uses evidence-based strategies, including elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), to address thoughts, behaviors, and routines that interfere with restful sleep.
