What is Breathwork?
At Metanoia, we practice The One Breath Method™ from The One Breath Institute, a trauma-informed, person-centered, client-led approach grounded in compassion, safety, and empowerment. Recognized by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance, this method honours your pace, your capacity, and your readiness, creating a supportive environment for deep inner exploration and healing.
We provide tools for transformative healing, empowering you to discover your authentic self through each trauma-informed session. Every individual holds within them their own solutions, and we guide you in finding them while also learning how to support others in discovering their inner guidance.
Through conscious, connected breathing, you are guided to quiet the mind, release emotional tension, and activate the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Your body is designed to heal itself, and with intention and awareness, you CAN be and have all you desire. Each session is held with presence and attunement, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, one intentional breath at a time.
Breathwork at Metanoia is available through 1:1 sessions and group sessions, welcoming individuals, teams, and communities into this healing practice.
At the heart of this method is the belief that every person holds innate wisdom and the capacity for healing. Our role is to help you access that inner guidance, deepen self-awareness, and create space for meaningful, lasting transformation.
