At Metanoia Health & Wellness, our Breathwork Group offers a guided, supportive space to explore conscious breathing techniques that promote relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity. Breathwork helps participants connect with their body, calm the nervous system, and access a deeper sense of presence and balance.

This group is facilitated by Cheryl in a safe, non-judgmental environment, allowing participants to explore breathwork at their own pace and comfort level.
