I believe healing begins the moment you feel truly seen and safe. Many of the people I work with come carrying the weight of betrayal, disconnection, or unresolved hurt. My role is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin the work of rebuilding trust-both in yourself and in your relationships.
My background includes a master's degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University, along with training in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, and the Gottman Method. I bring a culturally sensitive lens to therapy based on my lived experience.
In our sessions, you'll find warmth and honesty. I listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and help you explore new ways of moving through pain. For couples, this often means learning to repair emotional injuries and rediscover connection. For individuals, it means making sense of past wounds and finding peace in the present.
Whether you're navigating betrayal, conflict, or a major life transition, my hope is to walk with you as you discover healing and create relationships that feel safe and fulfilling.
I offer individual and couples therapy, in person and online.
