Beginning a journey of healing is a very personal experience, unique to each individual. As a psychotherapist, I am honoured to walk with you during your journey while providing support and guidance along the way. I utilize Cognitive Behavioural therapy, among others, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment to meet your individual needs.
For over 20 years, I have helped children, teens and their families navigate behavioural and mental health challenges. In additional to my experience working with youth and their families, I also offer support to adults who are looking to manage their stress, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and heal from past or current traumatic experiences.
I will provide a safe and comfortable space to discuss your challenges and work with you throughout the treatment process. I am dedicated to helping you make changes to improve your mental, emotional, and physical wellness. I look forward to working with you.
