I am dedicated in supporting you whether you are suffering from depression, relationship problems, anxiety, stress and/or addictions. Taking the first step to talk about your difficulties is the first step to change. I provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere and encourage meaning and purpose in your life while being sensitive to your needs. Being a Nurse (RN) Psychotherapist, I can also support individuals with medication management and system navigation within the community.

My areas of specialization include working with individuals suffering with grief; wanting change in symptoms of depression, anxiety and addictions. Changing your perspective can be a difficult journey, I am here to support you along the way. Change includes new possibilities, personal strengths, and appreciating life.
As the goal is to apply Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT or DBT to sessions, I strongly believe each individual deserves active listening and treatments focused to their individual needs.
Recently, I have completed my training for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) which is helpful for those struggling with sleep deprivation.
I apply many facets to your success; all plans are focused and unique to your needs.
